Nando's - Dover

Put in a collection order for 9 wasent ready till 930 ordered periperi chips got plain ones and the garlic bread was burnt

Bad from start to finish. It wasn't that busy, so I didn't expect to have to wait long. We ordered drinks, the waitress forgot them and eventually had to get up and ask for them. The food when it eventually arrived was OK. When visiting the ladies room, one cubical was flooded and the other dirty with toilet roll all over the floor. Dirty and disgusting. Will not be rushing back to this restaurant anytime soon.

Second worst Nandos I have visited but staff seem pleasant. Unfortunately, I think the main issue with this Nandos is inexperience and I suspect a large turnover of staff. I attended as a family of four with two young kids. We wanted a booth so the kids couldn't run around. Even though there was two empty booths, these were apparently reserved. When these people arrived and used these areas I was not happy to see that they were given to pairs. I.e one pair was given a booth that could fit 6. This shows a lack of common sense from the staff. We placed our orders on the app. I ordered a bottomless. After 15 minutes, they brought the glass and walked away. It was covered in lipstick. When I pointed it out, they laughed. This should have been seen before giving me the glass and walking away. Wife ordered a glass of white wine and then was told they have not got any and she had to pick an alternative drink. The kids food was ordered before my food and arrived a long time after mine. after 25 minutes, I noted that the food had been sitting on the hot plate for about 10 minutes. I decided to go and get it myself but a cook told me that they were still waiting for cucumber. The food then had to sit on the hot plate for a further 10 minutes whilst they got cucumber. No apology given. Food was also only Luke warm due to the wait. All in all, it would have been nice if they offered something for all the issues. I got the feeling that there is a high turnover of staff at this branch and they just don't care.
