Subway - Douglasville

I tried calling customer service but was put on hold for an entire hour without anyone answering. I eventually gave up and reached out on the restaurant's Facebook page, only to receive a generic response asking me to contact them directly. I then called the store to request the franchise owner's contact information and was rudely hung up on. The woman who answered my call refused to answer when I called back. After wasting nearly two hours of my time following a long work day and commute for just two sandwiches, I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer service. I have been a loyal customer, but this experience is unacceptable. I am shocked and will no longer be patronizing this establishment.

I hadn't been to Subway in a while, but after hearing about their wraps, I decided to give it a try for lunch. I ordered my sub on a spinach wrap and I was blown away by how delicious it was! The wrap was light and refreshing, and now I doubt I'll ever go back to eating my sub on bread. From now on, wraps are definitely my go-to choice. I highly recommend giving them a try!

The staff member with braids who works in the morning at this location is not pleasant. The music playing includes profanity. Additionally, the staff does not change their gloves every time they make food for customers. Some of us do not eat meat or seafood, and they continue to make subs one after another without changing gloves.

The man at the counter was wearing his mask with his nouse sticking out of it. Anyone in food service should wear a mask properly when he is preparing food for the public. There is no point on wearing a mask the wrong way; that would be like wearing a diaper the wrong way. My daughter is home with Covid for the second time. I will not be buying food from any restaurant where the employees don't use a mask or doesn't use it properly.

Always great food and great service. I usually go here on my lunch breaks. 30 minutes doesn't allow for a lot of time, especially if you are stuck in traffic. I can count on quick service and friendly staff to get me in and out and back to work to enjoy my lunch!
