This was my first visit, and I had a fantastic chicken balti — my friend agreed! I hope the cooking method and recipe remain consistent since different chefs can change the flavor of the same dish. I will definitely be returning to Saffron!

I had a fantastic dinner tonight with my husband and our young daughter. The food was incredibly delicious, rich, and beautifully presented! We ordered chicken dupiaza, vegetable masala, and lamb bhuna. The meat was tender and melted in your mouth, and the sauce was flavorful and satisfying. We also enjoyed aromatic rice, Peshwari naan, and saag aloo, all of which were exquisite. Veejay was our server, and he was wonderfully attentive—a really nice guy. Although the restaurant may not have much appeal from the outside, don't let that deter you; the interior is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff is friendly, and the food is absolutely delightful. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, Veejay!

Just arrived on the island and wanted to explore. Saw this restaurant and decided to try. I never got the same service as others. Whether this was because I was on my own, I don’t know. Was shown a table with no menu to look at and no drink order. Waited a few minutes and kind of prompted him for a menu. Few minutes later I’m asked what drink I would like. Ordered food and drink. Didn’t have to wait long for the food and it was very good. Never got asked if everything was ok. When I finished, went to the bathroom to wash my hands and came out to pay. It came to £18. Gave him £20 and told him to keep the change. Didn’t get a thank you and walked off. I didn’t even get an After Eight! Won’t be visiting again.
