We tried the vegan bratwurst in different styles on the menu, paired with a small root beer. We were informed that the veggie brats take approximately 15 minutes to prepare as they are made to order, but they are definitely worth the wait. The bratwurst was delicious, and the root beer was exceptional. The only thing that would make it even better is if they offered a vegan ice cream option for a vegan float. The root beer is flavored with raw Wisconsin honey, so be sure to let them know if you do not consume honey.
