Starbucks - Dothan

They say they close at 9. NOT TRUE! I drove 30 minutes and got there at 8:20 just for them to say they are closed!

Got there at 830 and hours say close at 9pm and the cashier wouldn’t even sell me a cup. Why have hours if you can’t abide by them

Had a coupon to buy one cookie and half off 2nd. OMG they where huge and so good. I ate them to fast for a picture. Cookies are $3.99 each

Pleasant experience but am offended they are asking for tips. It's not a tipping restaurant. I'm not against tipping but feel that should be customer suggestion not employee handling them the key pad to choose to leave tip or no tip or to even ask.

Drove 30 minutes out of my way and showed up at 8pm to be told it was her store she would close when she wanted and refused to serve us.
