I love the food but I get so tired of them changing their hours every other week !!!!!! They would get more business by staying consistent!!! Very disappointed

I love the franchise. The team at this place could work better together for the sake of customers. The girl taking a drive thru order saw they were out of that item and asked someone to make it. He yelled back Make it yourself. She didn 't know how and when he didn 't help she gathered the SCRAPS put it on a plate and sent it out through the drive thru! I ordered my takeout inside so my food was OK but I felt for the person who went through the drive thru who 'll be very disappointed.

If I had the choice I would have rated this meal with no stars but in order to make a comment I have to give one star let's just start by saying customer service was horrible food is terrible and it has a old taste to it I tried calling Panda to let them know about my food but I got nowhere therefore I had to come here to leave a bad comment which I didn't want to do that I ordered General Tso's chicken but chicken itself taste like it was cooked a couple days ago it's like rubber who wants to eat that let alone the rice has a foul smell I never had Chinese food that had a taste as bad as this taste I've eaten here before so I know that this isn't how they cook their food something isn't right about the food that I ordered but I got nowhere what you're looking at is general tso's chicken with fried rice in the corner you can see where I spit the chicken out it's a shame I spent 30 something dollars for my food and I couldn't explain myself nor the food to the Cook about what it taste like she never offered anything else only thing she told me was she couldn't help me she tried to say that I don't like it but this is my favorite meal to eat. the egg roll taste like it was refried as well something is wrong with this meal and I'm not happy so I came here to let everyone else know what I felt about it and for you to be aware of poor customer service and bad food at Panda if you had good service and good food then good for you but today it was horrible you might be wondering why I spent thirty something on my food that's because I ordered other food. I asked for a few extra sauce packs and I was charged for more duck sauce. I have 2 meals chicken egg rolls scallops fried chicken and only 6 sauces. I was never charged for extra but today I had to pay. I was mistreated and taken advantage of. All I wanted was a fresh meal and I couldn't get that. I wish I could have went by this another way but they left me no other option be aware of panda! Dont let the picture fool you

I had a bad experience, the lady was very angry, I wanted to order a chicken wing and she said that the order would be ready in an hour, I do not recommend it

We've been enjoying this restaurant for many years and will continue to be loyal customers. The owner is surprisingly friendly and helpful.
