Oishi Sushi And Grill - Dothan

I had like a 3” long blonde hair in my food. Which obviously came from the blonde server. The server took my food, didn’t replace anything.. and gave me a $3 discount AFTER I ASKED HOW WERE THEY GNA HANDLE IT. No wonder their business has declined. The customer service is horrible. I visited this restaurant for lunch and spent between $10 and $20 per person. The food was decent, earning a rating of 3 out of 5. While the service was satisfactory, also rated a 3, it didn’t really stand out. Unfortunately, the atmosphere left much to be desired, which I’d rate a 2. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

We've visited this restaurant multiple times, and the food is fantastic! The prices are very reasonable, and the service is top-notch. We've been served by Ava, Jaleesa, and a young guy with adorable long hair, and they have all been wonderful. A special shoutout to Ava today for being so attentive and lovely. Although I live in Destin, I always enjoy dining here whenever I'm in Dothan!
