H2 O et Sushi Bar - Dorval

We're going to this place a few times a year, certainly the mere place to dorval for sushi. always fresh and well presented. .I love algae salad .the service has always been courteous and suitable. in general, there is more take-out than seated people, good quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

This wasn't my first time, but I usually go for the take out. This time we sat down and took an 1h30 to be served, got up to the waitress told her about the wait time and agressively brought up the table next to us had waited longer than we had and didn't complain and that we told beforehand that the wait would be long and that they were short staff on sundays. After telling them, that the other table was none of my concern, that there is a difference between 30-45 and 1:30 and again, their short staff issue should not transpire on their customer service nor the huge wait time. After that, it took 5 minutes to get our plates.

I often order take out and they are consistently serving quality sushi. The portions are fair and the presentation excellent. When you don't feel like all you can eat this is your go to place. My only criticism is the salmon tartar is a small portion and had puffed rice mixed in which adds volume but not salmon

We try for the first time this restaurant, because it was not to far from our hotel in Dorval, we order sushi , out of 8 different sushi ! One was excellent , the others lot of rice and hardly fish or sea food in it . Grocery sushi would be better and a lot cheaper.This was also our last visit !

Great Sushi, we tried multiple items and they were all great from the spring rolls to the dragon roll, service is slow but to be expected because everything is made to order.
