The staff was very attentive, the food according to the prices and as we expected very well (the homemade bread to the appetizer was madness). Only the wine tasting was not 100 according to our taste, as all wines were very sweet. We would have liked some rather sweet dishes to compensate for dry wines, but that is of course a matter of taste. The Rosin restaurant deserves a star. It was a completely successful evening for us.
Overall my experience was pleasant. My water went empty once and I felt like they were really trying to sell me on the wine.

The restaurant is really very nice and the atmosphere is great. It is very openly designed and how to expect it will be kindly received. The staff is not stiff, but very open-minded, which is very good to me. The wine tasting is not necessarily recommended because the wines of Rosin are not bad, but there are also better wines. The food is brilliant and the ideas are very creative. Especially the table chocolate from the duck liver is absolutely recommended. You should definitely take the 5 gear menu because you get the full taste experience. As in many applications, the boss has never been there and one is told he was there and one would have missed him. I find that a pity because you also know from other TV chefs that they are present in their own restaurant. I was actually about the food and not about the cook, so it wasn't a problem for me. The hotel situation is somewhat difficult. There is if you follow the road one that you can take, but that is not ideal. Nevertheless, I find it nice that Rosin decided to keep his restaurant there. Ein wunderschöner Abend, in einem wunderschönen Ambiente und einem grandiosen Essen. Alles hat hier gepasst. Vom Empfang, der persönlichen Menü-Karte, dem absolut freundlichen Personal bis hin zu den einzelnen Gängen, war alles perfekt! Wir haben das Restaurant mit einem vollem Magen und einem glücklichen Herzen verlassen und haben jede Sekunde hier genossen. A wonderful evening, in a wonderful ambience and a great meal. Everything was fine here. From the reception, the personal menu card, the absolutely friendly staff to the individual courses, everything was perfect! We left the restaurant with a full stomach and a happy heart, enjoying every second here.
