Gasthaus Schiffle - Dornbirn

We landed in the restaurant by default, as most other restaurants were fully booked in dornbirn on Saturday. I'm glad we're here. from the outside it looked like an average Austrian restaurant, but in fact it has gourmet quality, but to...appropriate trips. chef specializes in a modern note to classif regional oriented and young is this delicious. as a start I had a green salat with baked forests cheese and pesto. abolutes mouthwater. after that, I had a char (saibling) for the main course and a **** for the desert. the recommended wine selections were excellent. it is located a bit outside the center dornbirn on the hillside. in any case worth a visit.

Chefs and his team are never disappointed. eat fine (in my modest opinion better than some Michelin starters) in a rustic domestic atmosphere. the building is a beautiful old and traditional house and eating is simply stunning. very solid local tariff on one. very high level. go with the daily recommendations on the chalkboard. lamb, leber, bark, everything is really great.

Excellent service with excellent cuisine. highly recommended if you want to eat well.

Mega delicious food (for us there was: gruß aus der kitchen 2erlei pesto homemade with its baked, still warm boobs and leber in red wine sauce with basmatireis) and super friendly service! I can only recommend to everyone!

Sind Abends mit Freunden ohne Reservierung ins Schiffle. Essen war ausgezeichnet und geschmackvoll, obwohl gutbürgerlich war es dennoch überraschend. Frisches Gemüse, große Fleischportionen und ein guter Preis.Haben anscheinend nochmals reserviert, sind zwei Wochen später nochmals und es war wieder sehr gut. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert
