It is like a subway idea where you can choose your toppings by showing them in the display counter. They use different pots and spoons for each ingredient. (On the menu they say that they cannot guarantee that an ingredient is 100% free from an allergen. I personally enjoy a Salmon Poke Bowl with sushi rice, carrot, cucumber, pineapple and mango with a Wasabi Mayo sauce and sesame seeds Nori Flakes as topping. You can either eat, take away or choose for delivery.
