Tim Hortons - Dorchester

False advertising! Dive thur open 24 hrs a day! When I pulled up it was closed. So I tried to go through store front. Locked at 5:05am says open at 5am! No one came to the door!!!! So very disappointing. Won't EVER return to thus store.

Rude and incompetent staff... seems like this place exclusively hires foreign workers. The orders are never right. Today was the last straw. Not only are they rude to customers, the one manager who was running the drive through window proceeded to berate a co-worker while in the middle of serving me at the window. Didn 't even say Thank you to me once. When I got home, the drinks were not at all what I ordered. Maybe try listening to people when they place their orders. How do you get Coffee from the words Steeped Tea . Never coming back.

Burnt bagel. My mistake I didn’t checked right away lesson learnt.Note never asked for double toasted.

Please teach your employees how to talk with customers, there is Indian with golden hoops doesn’t know how to do customer service , he behave very rude to customers.

I dont like to go, timis. Their food and service are third class. The problem is that Tim hortons killed all their opponents . This tim hortons used to be very good, but since i wonder, it took over by the new owner . Look at their window glasses and floor,so dirty . I got so disappointed when i went their after 2 years. I used to stop every day at this timi's
