Pan Pa Ya - Doral

I've tried several Colombian restaurants in Doral since moving here, and I've finally found the best one. Every dish was excellent, the portions were generous, and the prices were great.

I typically don't write negative reviews, but this restaurant desperately needs some attention! Every time I order a cold Milo, I receive only half a glass, yet they still charge full price for it. They seem oblivious to the fact that the foam decreases, and they continue to serve it half full! Today, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a "Bandeja Paisa," only to be met with a disappointing presentation. The meat was small and lacked flavor, and the fried egg was burnt. I even have photos to document it all. They always forget something, and today was no different; they forgot to include two arequipe cakes in my order. It's not about the money—it's a matter of poor management. As a gesture, they offered me a free Bandeja Paisa, but I don't need anything for free. I spent nearly $50, and both the presentation and taste were awful. Please avoid ordering from this place; trust me, you'll save yourself a disappointing experience.

The bandeja paisa I had was disappointing. It was missing both avocado and plantains. Additionally, the rest of the dish wasn't fresh; the meat was tough, the chicharrón was stale and not crunchy, and both the rice and beans were not fresh either.

Worst Colombian restaurant and the custo service cero star

As a Colombian who visits every weekend and has sampled many Colombian restaurants and bakeries, I can confidently say the food here is fantastic! The service is excellent, too—Juan always ensures we have a great experience, and the staff is very friendly. The chefs, who are like the mothers from our homeland, truly cook with love. I can't recommend this place enough. Trust me, as a local!
