La Fontana - Doral

Way too expensive for the area and type of restaurant. We have been to more upscale establishments and prices and attention were on par with what is expected. To give an idea we were a party of four had some cocktails priced $19.00 and $21.00 each. I consider this outrageous given they were not signature cocktails at a bar. Didn't have any appetizers just ordered an entree for each of us, the total bill came up to $463.00 also they add 18% gratuity. Would definitely not come back, for being covetous they loose 4 potential customers.

The taste is good but the waiter who served us does not mention that the prices vary and does not mention it to you when you complain to the manager and the waiter does not help you and prefers to lose you as a customer. It cannot be that a piece of bread says 6.50 and they charge you 20 dls. it's like a robbery. the included tip makes the waiters and manager unfriendly. I don't think I'll go back any more and I suggest you ask for the waiter's recommendation when ordering. to avoid being lied to

Horrible Horrible only place in Doral that charge for local residents Tourist Tax, Force 18% Tip (they want the customer pay the food and payroll) , most expensive food. I recommend to go to Aprile , they do not charge tip added on taxes, Divietto, Basilico.. The Vallet Park the drive wants to impose the tip. HORRIBLE. IF you want enjoy dinner or lunch do not go in this place

If possible i would leave zero stars. $19 for this fried calamari. So almost $2 per calamari because i counted 10 calamaris total. Disgusting price for the quantity. Never again will i order from this place and will tell everyone to stay away from it.

Our experience at this restaurant was terrible from the start. We visited on a Friday evening for my husband's birthday dinner. Valet parking was the only option available in their lot, so we had to find parking elsewhere. Our server was extremely slow and often disappeared for long periods of time. We had to go up to the counter to ask for more water as we ran out. Despite my husband ordering a macchiato, he never received it. The $28 lasagna was disappointing as it had only one noodle and burnt cheese, with an excess of meat. Additionally, an 18% gratuity was already included, along with a tourist tax even though we were not tourists. Overall, we will not be returning to this restaurant again.
