Bidrage med feedbackMy boyfriend and I were looking for good bbq and decided to check this place out based on the reviews. I've been to tripping animals before and I really enjoy the ambiance and their beers, but this was such a disappointment. We ordered two sandwiches and they somehow only understood we ordered one. We received the brisket sandwich. It had potential because the flavor was delicious but the meat was extremely overcooked and dry. The cut was so thick it's difficult to comprehend how they can overcook it. There was no Smokey flavor to it, which makes me question how it was cooked. The mac and cheese was dry as well. It tasted as if it were sitting for a while and just reheated. The potato salad was the only good thing. I won't be back for food.
What to try: burnt ends, Mac and cheese, corn bread, brisket ......honestly anything on the menu is a hit. This place is located inside a brewery and so worth it. Not many places know how to make legit bbq. Stop by as soon as you can!
The place is cool and the beers are good for the brewery part. As for the food, it was not good in my opinion. The sauces weren't all that great and the brisket was just subpar. I've had better BBQ in other parts of south Florida, this definitely isn't the spot for BBQ.
After the first time I was hooked. Have been here multiple times and can honestly say these are the greatest sandwiches I've ever had. The chefs always work with a smile and you can always trust Javi to give you the meat as juicy as you want it. They are always mixing it up with different variations and provided excellent food for my son Kevin's Bar Mitzvah. Excited to see what they have in store for the future.
The brisket sandwich is honestly one of the best sandwiches I have ever had, juicy and delicious! Will definitely be going back!
