Cooper's Hawk Winery - Doral

I had a wonderful girls' day here today, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone really enjoyed their meals, and the atmosphere of the place is lovely. The reason I gave it 4 stars was due to the service, which could have been improved. I plan to return, but I will probably go to the Pembroke Pines location next time.

The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. We dined on the patio and each enjoyed a couple of small glasses for the wine tasting before ordering a bottle of red wine. The waitress brought a beautiful wine decanter stand to our table. For our appetizer, we had the Classic Tomato Bruschetta (Vegetarian), and for our main courses, we chose the Roasted Chicken Risotto (Gluten Free) and Ellie’s Chicken Piccata (Gluten Free). For dessert, we indulged in the Salted Caramel Crème Brûlée (Gluten Free). It was my husband’s first visit, and he was very pleased with the experience. We definitely recommend this restaurant!

As soon as my friend and I walked in, we weren't greeted, which was a bit concerning. No one inquired if we were members, if we wanted to sign up, or what wines we were interested in, so we decided to find our own seats. The restaurant seemed to have a decent crowd for a Saturday night. Our waiter, Vince, quickly turned my initial impression around. Since it was my first time there, he made me feel welcome and ensured I had a great experience. Since I wasn't very hungry, I ordered an appetizer. Our food came out from the kitchen promptly. I ordered the egg rolls, which were quite filling, though I wasn't a fan of the coleslaw that accompanied them. As for my drink, I chose the Sweet Red, and I could have easily polished off a whole bottle by myself (but I didn't!). The music was enjoyable, and Vince checked on us several times, but not in a bothersome way. His service was outstanding—I couldn't have asked for a better waiter. Overall, my experience at Cooper's Hawk Winery was quite good!

This was a wonderful experience! The food was amazing and the service was even better. Vince was our waiter and he did a spectacular job. He was friendly, patient, and professional. He made several recommendations and they were all great. We had the short ribs, gnocchi, risotto and flat bread. We were very pleased with our experience.

I came to this Location with my 4 girl friends and it was an amazing experience like no other. Cooper?s hawk makes you feel like family and their employees are so welcoming. I?ve been a member for a while now and this week I decided to come do a wine tasting, I?d never done one before. I was greeted by a girl named Ztephany who was very polite and conversational. She made sure to explain all the wines thourugly and even made suggestions that were SPOT on with what my pallet would like. The ambiance is very clean and relaxing and we had such a fun time we will definitely be coming back at asking for her again! The only problem is to find parking is difficult
