Carrot Express - Doral

I?ve been to Carrot express over 80 times. I could always count on fresh tasty food and good service. Lately the food have not been as fresh. I?ve had to return food a few times. Sunday 8/21 I purchased an açaí bowl and it had 8/19 on it. It?s sad whenever restaurants grow that they can?t keep up the quality of food.

Whenever I?m at Doral area it?s necessary to make an stop at this carrot. The location it?s beautiful, clean and well located. The quality of the food never disappoints as well the service provided by the team and the manager. They always makes you feel welcomed.

What a shame that they have poorly educated people working there, a lady Claudia, terrible service, the truth is I go for the food but her service is terrible, the owner should be more aware of that, because then if no one arrives, besides the fact that I had than seeing her treat one of her coworkers badly... please change those terrible staff

The quality of the products is very good, the efficiency of the staff and the attention of their staff is very low quality, they need to implement more investment in the classification of staff and hire them.

The workers here are amazing. Also the food comes out fast and it’s always solid.
