Really unfriendly lady at the counter, yet it was only 2 p.m. and there was no rush, frankly the lady didn't even smile once. no hello, no thank you, no good day, even if I was nice to her. on the other hand, the sandwich was good, that's what counts.

William Fortin gave me good service and overall I enjoyed the sandwich that he made me. He was very nice!

The customer service could be better, I think it lacks a little kindness and the rest is very good ?

Absolutely not friendly to someone without French. Employees did not bother to pretend that they care what you want, the moment English coming out us, they started to roll their eyeballs backwards. when we started to try a few French words we know, they just turned away to greet the ones behind us.
