Would never recommend in this life or the next to host this place, what should be an unforgettable event for a child's birthday. 1 hour and half of the patient with 3 tables full of guest and not served 1 piece of pizza, I have paid attention to management in hope to get a professional and understanding response to my frustration and embarrassment to my guest; he didn't say how he ran his facility this evening. Didn?t offered and excuse not in the least tried to think or understand. Instead, his voice in frustration lifted over several angry guest with the same complaint and stormed on his back. Continue to demand a payment of the party package 1 hour and half of the non-food served or balloons promised within the package. I have never dealt with unprofessional management in my life, I am so disgusting, disappointed and embarrassing to say the least. I hope this review will pass by someone who will better overlook who will place them in the order of a busy evening, because the manager who will be on the 19th day. November 2022 worked on the evening shift, which could not cope with pressure or responsibility in an efficient way.

Always a wonderful place to go with the family, it just sucks a little when many games do not work or when the pizza is made in such a hurry that it looks more like bread and tomato sauce.

The venue feels very outdated. Many of the games ate my coins, and several were out of order. The place has a really unpleasant smell, and the restrooms were also quite dirty. I left feeling really disappointed. Chuck E. Cheese has a much better system for their games. I wish I didn't have to insert coins into any of the machines or deal with the ticket system.

Even though my order was not put in the system when I placed the order over the phone, TORI took ownership and was able to resolve my issue promptly. Kudos to her excellent customer service. That's why I always choose Peter piper pizza. Hire more people like her.
