Didn?t offered and excuse not in the least tried to think or understand. Instead, his voice in frustration lifted over several angry guest with the same complaint and stormed on his back. Continue to demand a payment of the party package 1 hour and half of the non-food served or balloons promised within the package. I have never dealt with unprofessional management in my life, I am so disgusting, disappointed and embarrassing to say the least. I hope this review will pass by someone who will better overlook who will place them in the order of a busy evening, because the manager who will be on the 19th day.
