Bidrage med feedbackI ordered the full Irish vegetarian breakfast and while they should consider adding a vegan version, it was still delicious. The atmosphere is quaint and charming, and they offer milk alternatives for coffee and tea as well.
I inquired whether they could prepare a vegan version of the Veggie breakfast, and I was told yes. However, when our meal arrived, it came with fried eggs on top. It turned out that our server didn't note our request for a vegan breakfast but simply wrote "veg breakfast" instead. There are very few options for vegan meals in the area, but I would not recommend this place.
I was told the the quinoa burger and dahl were both vegan but when I actually read the menu the burger came with mayo and a brioche bun so the only way for it to be vegan is to have a burger with no bun. Not ideal. The staff need to be more aware of the difference between vegetarian and vegan and the actual ingredients in their dishes.
Staff were lovely and accommodating. Had no issue making special requests to keep my order vegan. It isn’t a vegan restaurant, but it is definitely vegan friendly.
I went there to get a full Irish vegetarian breakfast. You have to request to get the vegan version of it but it was still okay. The atmosphere is cozy and funny. There is also dairy alternative for coffee and tea. Updated from previous review on 2020-06-19
