Very warm welcome and beautiful small place to eat. since last year to be here and very reasonable price and coffee is great, better than mainstream coffee shops. I and my friend will go on as long as they have us with amy (guide dog).

Superb eggs benedict and lovely coffee, prompt service, will be back.
