Happens - Don Torcuato

We went with friends like 20hs. Out on the board and in the letter said Happy Hour until 21h. We asked what it was and they told us there was no Happy Hour that day. When they asked why they published it, they didn't know how to answer it. We complained to the manager and he told us that for that time they would give us Happy Hour as if they did us a favor! Terrible that in this country places like these can remain open deceiving people... a pity.

Excellent burgers and potatoes and very good variety of beer!!! I recommend it! The only thing that's a little scattered

Beer is very good, food is bad. I complained to a man in charge who was there, asked if I had eaten what I asked him and said no. Terrible

It is complicated for many years for gastronomic premises. Now with Happens it seems the subject changed. Nice atmosphere and good food
