Bidrage med feedbackThe service provided by the restaurant seems to be degraded year by year. Earlier it was one of the best for the service. But, the last time I had visited, I could find some delay and arrogance from their side. Would barely consider visiting again.
Owner of the Hotel Abhishek Anna is the best.. Never have I seen any Hotel Owners going Table to Table providing his Customer Services makes sure everything is up to the mark.
My family has been a loyal customer of Rangoli since 1996 when I was still a kid. I no longer stay in dombivali but whenever I go to Dombivli and have occasion for dinner I prefer to visit the Restaurant. The whole warm homely feeling goes to the owner of rangoli hotel.
Service was not good.. for starter they made wait for about an hour and in main course food was also not so good but chapati was not at all fresh, just heated in oven and served.
I, with my family visited this Restaurant for the first time on Saturday, 13th. It was around 10.30 pm. The service executives were polite. Was happy that the owner himself, with the smiling face, came to the table and greeted us. He also offered some complimentary cherries for my grandson. We ordered the following and found everthing to be good. Only here my suggestion should be taken as a step for improvement and I am certainly not saying about quality of food. 1. Veg Monchow soup. Hot and tasty 2. Masala papad spicy and tasty 3. Corn veg cutlets crisp, hot and tasty 4. Pahadi Kabab though good, it slipped my expectations. It had excess masala. The chicken cubes could have been bigger (I am telling from my experience of having tasted pahadi kababs at Abhinandan, Ghatkopar where I was staying earlier) 5. Chicken gravy good in taste. Chicken quality could have been a shade better. 6. Butter Rotis here i must say that they were not steaming hot. Possibly, it was late at 11.30 pm 7. Dal Fry could have been more spicy and thick 8. Sizzling Brownie perfect and no fault could be found. Once again apprecating the warmth of the owner and the staff. Certainly will visit the restaurant frequently.
