The restaurant has undergone a radical transformation from a rustic classic to strict modernity, both in its interior and menu, unfortunately, but understandably, including prices. The dishes are flawlessly prepared, seasoned, and presented, the menu reflects all current gastronomic trends, both in terms of range and composition of dishes. However, the old restaurant had a charm for me precisely in its retro spirit, when the owner would serve you ham rolls with horseradish cream, baked cheeses with salami, and other hits from years past. Perhaps I am a gastronomic traditionalist, but the original Roubas was emotionally closer to me than today's coldly modern form. However, this does not change the fact that you can still have a great meal here.

Nice atmosphere and service, great authentic homemade lemonades, and reliable good food. It offers something more than the traditional heavy Czech cuisine.

Příjemná, opravdu rodinná restaurace, vedená již řadu let manželským párem, nabízí neformální posezení u dobrého jídla. Nabídka sestavená z klasických pokrmů které nezklamou. Nesnaží se o kopírování posledních gastronomických trendů, které tu však také nikdo nehledá a neočekává. Trochu komplikovaný přístup na toalety, ale v dané dispozici jej asi nebylo možno řešit jinak. Velmi dobré jídlo a domácky přátelská atmosféra.
