Bidrage med feedbackSorry to give such a bad review. Owner was very nice on the phone and it is specialty cuisine (gluten free). So maybe that is why it is pricey. Overall the food was bland but ok. I would strongly discourage you from the 'poké bowl ' though. Not sure if the chefs know what a poké bowl is This version of 'poké bowl ' was some type of finely diced and cooked fish with saffron rice and grilled broccoli and peppers with ranch dressing. And someone must have been in a rush because they did not have time to remove the grocery store barcode stickers from the peppers they were still there for us (albeit they were fully cooked onto the peppers) when we picked up the food. Hopefully they remembered to wash the vegetables before cooking them.
I recently went gluten-free and found a Gem of a restaurant in the West Island in D.D.O. (that 's completely gluten-free) called Allo Cuisto run by owner and Master Chef Wajih I have been there for take out on several occasions and I find that food I tried was/is outstanding (especially, the Filet Mignon picture included) also, very important, I found that the restaurant to be very clean and well run. Chef Wajih is always very friendly and jovial especially for a Family Man that 's working 7 days a week! Personally, I have to give the restaurant 5 Stars based on all my many visits!
It’s like having a private chef cater to every food intolerance with a healthy tasty meal. Even when I order through Uber eats he recognizes my name and writes a personalized message on my container. I just finished chemo and am so limited with what I can eat so when this healthy meal showed up with a kind note I actually cried tears of joy. Life’s simple pleasures.
We ordered a 3 course meal for 12 from Allo Cuisto. It was well made, well seasoned and tasted absolutely wonderful. We were very happy to have a GF meal we could share with our family! Will order from here again soon.
Finally a one-stop shop for Gluten free in the West Island. Chef Wadjih has everything, if he doesn't, he can make it. My Celiac child loves his croissants and chocolatines!
