The Chippy - Doha

Very small place for 8 people. the food is great, though, had fried fidh and chips with whirl rings. beautiful house-style cook. for money.

The course I always like to try the 4cheses of each pizza connection. it was perfect that I tried most of her pizza cake on her menu! pizza crust is on point, beautiful thin crispy crust is best way to eat good pizza. her marinara tomatensauce is crazy good on the pizza! you can really say that you eat is made with love! I will visit defensiw again!

Nice portion of fish and chips with tartar sauce, however after their rebranding they have put up their prices and is quite steep for what it is... in the UK you would get far better from a top fish and chips restaurant for less the price.

Staff were friendly and helpful, food was quite tasty. However the AC did not work very well and we were extremely hot and sweaty whilst eating.

It is so difficult to find the words to describe how bad the food was from the chippy. We ordered through the foodak app, at first glance we thought it was a wee bit over priced for fish and chips; but decided to give it a chance anyways. As they they say you get what you pay for. We chose two fish and chips meals for one which were supposed to include cod fish, chips, salad and a drink, and two fried Mars bars. So far so good. The food arrived missing the salad, the drinks and the Mars bars. Got in tough with foodak and they got in touch with the restaurant.. Apparently the restaurant forgot to include the missing items. The restaurant called me and it turns out they weren 't even aware of the meal offer that was on the app and it 'll take around an hour for the remaining items to arrive. We decided to not wait and eat the food. I appreciate that that the fish won 't be crispy due to it being a delivery but nothing prepared me for such thick greasy batter and half cooked chips that are still raw in the middle despite its brown exterior. The taste was unfortunately one of the worst fish we 've ever had, I wish the next part was not true but even our cats refused to eat it... The one redeeming thing in this whole experience was that the Mars bars arrived nice, hot and crispy, but despite the relatively happy ending I doubt we 'll ever order for the chip again.
