Hofbrauhaus - Docklands (VIC)

The food was tasty, but the duck could have used more sauce. The service was lacking initially but improved as the meal went on. However, the temporary pop-up restaurant was very loud and people were smoking right by the dining area.

Good quality food and portion sizes. The beer tasted a bit funny this time (almost not fresh and a little watery), and it was surprising that we were asked to vacate the table after about 45 minutes, as there was a large group booked. We rushed to finish then spent another $90 on a 'schnapps paddle downstairs, but were put outside, near smokers (not a good move). Would have been good at time of booking to know this, but was not end of the world.

Service was friendly, service was bit slow but it was busy. Just a bit noisy to catch up.

The chili sausages were excellent. The wait staff was very friendly and came to check on us several times. The live band performance was good. Don't leave the place without having the apple struddel.

This restaurant never disappoints! It always has great food, great service, great prices and great atmosphere. Always consistently good every time we go.
