Babel - Djounie

Wow! What a nice place! It's huge (there is an old Olivier tree in the middle) and beautiful. The service is great as you've almost two waiters dedicated to you only. The food comes and comes and it never stops. Everything we tested was just wonderful. All traditional Lebanese dishes with some of them revisited by the chef. I highly recommend the place for a great evening.

Babel puts high standards for Lebanese Cuisine with their sophisticated touch of elegance. First of all the place is very huge and can account for more than 500 persons. Has both indoor and outdoor seatings. Very warm welcoming starting from the hostesses along the waiters. Each item in their menu has been elevated in taste and presentation. The Mezza is wonderfully delicious and the portion sizes are large can easily fit for 4 persons. We had several Mezza : 1) Rocca Yogurt Salad (5/5) 2) Chili potato (5/5) 3) Fattet Batenjen (4/5) 4) Hommos Istanbuli (5/5) 5) Tajin Samak (10/5) highly recommended 6) chicken grilled (5/5) 7) Shrimps provincial (10/5)

High-end lebanese restaurant with amazing lebanese food. Make sure you try the branch in Amchit overlooking the sea. It's excellent for all kind of private events too. Highly recommended.
