Subway - Dixon

We placed a mobile order at this restaurant on February 1st, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. They informed us that it would be ready by 6:30 p.m. When we arrived at 6:30 p.m., the staff member mentioned that she had used the restroom and made something else instead. We found it ridiculous that we had to wait for over 30 minutes when the order could have been prepared in less than 20 minutes. It is unacceptable to work at a place where you cannot work efficiently. I will be reaching out to the company regarding this matter, as this is not the first time we have experienced issues at this establishment.

The customer service was extremely rude. Specifically, the young lady working on June 14th, 2021 at 4:20 pm was very unpleasant.

The female employee at this restaurant provides excellent customer service.

Fine place to get a sandwich, but not gourmet by and stretch of the imagination.

Absolutely pathetic and awful. Roof or AC was leaking so they had ceiling tiles removed. Ordered 5 sandwiches. Horribly slow! Lettuce was starting to turn brown. Ham and mayo were weird smelling/tasting. Wrong type of chicken used for oven roasted chicken breast sandwich. None of my family finished their sandwiches. The employees could have cared less to actually move. It took at least 10 minutes to get our 5 sandwiches made and rung up. We eat at several different subways and this was by far the worst. If I could have given a 0, I would have.
