Arby's - Dixon

Summary:Clean, new restaurant.Good service.Good food served hot and fresh.I dropped in for lunch on my way home, and Arbys got the nod. The shop is very clean, which I appreciate. The bathrooms were spotless and smelled pleasant. Someone cares.I decided to go with Arby 's Wagyu Burger (which per the sign on the window was 51% Wagyu and 49% ground beef). It was served hot, made fresh, and tasted great. The crinkle cut fries were good, but I still miss my potato cakes (Arbys Corporate Do you get this yet?)I also had a drink, and the drink machine worked just fine.Pretty hard to complain, and others at the restaurant were ringing the good food bell (to the right of the door on the north side) to agree.In, out and done fast too.

Second time having Arby's in my whole life will not be having it again. This not comfort food sorry.

Everyone was very kind. It was really clean in there too. I haven't been out since my total hip surgery and I had a taste for their Roast beef sandwich. I love them! They make me feel better. Especially if I feel queasy or sick. One young lady was so polite and cared for me. Thank you ? She was sweeping the floor.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair tables which was great.? Wheelchair entrance too.

All tables dirty. Fries were nasty cold undercooked. Cashier wasn't very smart couldn't understand simple order taking. Ridiculous!!!!!!

Beef slider was very good. Drive through line was very slow.
