C-lovers Fish Chips

The go to place for AYCE Fish Chips with bottomless pop. Service is friendly... you don't have to have fish chips refill, you can just choose fish for your refill. Great value the fish is good. They used pollock, meat is firm. Batter is light not greasy.

This was bascially a quick in and out, fast food joint for fish and chips.  I thought the food was pretty good.  I just discovered this place through a recommendation by a co-worker.  Wasn't sure what to think, as I haven't really heard of this place.  However, the all you can eat, was a pretty good deal, except I wasn't very hungry.  I tried the haddock platter, so it came with a few prawns and a few oysters.  I thought it was pretty delicious.  We also ordered the onion rings and they were HUGE!!!  I would want to go back and try other things as well.

My favourite. I love my fish and chips and C-Lovers is one of the best. Light batter, fish done to perfection, flaky not greasy. Beth our server was pleasant and very attentive considering the place was packed when we were there. The all you can eat special is a favourite with many. Eight pieces of fish, fries and bottomless pop for $13.99, at that price can't be beat, worth a try.

Where is the 'I love it ' button?!. Best authentic fish and chips on the North Shore. Good value, good flavour. Usually busy, so keep the wait times in mind. My fav is the halibut. Don 't pick it up too early before dinner though, because as others have pointed out, it sometimes gets soggy if you leave it wrapped and wait too long to eat it at home.
