Great service!! Good food. I hadn't been to IHOP in years and I enjoyed every bit and bite of it!!

The lady asked for our drinks way too fast (the second we sat down) which caused us to panic and order water. The food was okay but I ran out of butter on the 3nd pancake.

Rating the service, definitely awesome and I will be very happy to come as long as I have the same waitress. Over all I recommend this place.

Wait a long time due to short of staffs, the French toast is disappointing with so little banana and whip cream. So far the service is good

Hospitality was not good. We waited in the lobby for 40 minutes while the greeter just stood there. After we got seated we waited 20 minutes until we got our order ,We got our order taken by 3 different people. For our drinks we got a extremelywatered down strawberry lemonade. After we brought to the workers attention they just ignored the issue. Also the chef does notknow how to cook steaks, after being asked how I wanted mine I said medium rare and got a well done steak. Really bad servicedont recommend. I came hungry and left unhappy.
