Excellent both the quality of the materials and the service of the employees. The prices are reasonable. A bit difficult to park in order to pick up an order from the store. Kid-friendliness: The flavors and the quality of the products will drive the kids crazy. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Order 3 pizzas Sunday 19:00. 20:00 comes, two of which are completely wrong in terms of materials but with correct labels.. I call the head office, initially the employee who served my request tried to understand what had happened, but I explained to him in detail what happened 4-5 times until he believe me and understand. Not ideal treatment of a customer by an employee when someone tells you they waited an hour to eat the wrong pizzas. Contact the store to replace them for us. He told me he would be there in half an hour, but it was in 1 hour. And the pizzas came cold with less ingredients compared to the first time they had arrived normally. I didn't believe it, and I checked again. The delivery guy was rude, no hello, no sorry, he just asked to take the pizzas back. It was also with his pass. So he took the old frozen pizzas back and left with his pass. We were disappointed that we chose to buy from this particular store because I'm generally used to Pizza Fan being both fast and quality and reliable. But the treatment I received was unacceptable. No apology and no attempt to satisfy us. I will never buy from the chain again and neither will my friends. It should be noted that I was absolutely kind and understanding as I have worked as a distributor and know what pressure there is in the catering industry. I did not receive the same treatment.
