Ordered Butter Noodles which is usually my favorite from Noodles and Company however it was way overcooked, dry and inedible.
I have tried to order delivery from this location a few times, and I give up. The food tastes like any other noodles I have been to, but wow this service was incredible, and not in a good way. I tried contacting the store to figure out why my order said it had been delivered, when I did not have it, and the woman kept responding to everything I said with No... . I did not have my food and my app says it was delivered, please stop saying no to me and help me figure out what is going on and how I can get my food. And, please do not say No to any other customers with genuine concerns about the food they paid for. I was then told that I needed to contact the phone number on the app for customer service, I end the call and low and behold, no phone number on the application. I then called back, and the number she gave me told me to send an email to customer service. An email... I called back again and they told me they didn 't have any drivers available, but the first time I had this issue, it was because the Doordash driver was running behind on a different order. So now I am more confused, do you outsource your drivers, or do you not have any? I used points for free delivery and instead I have no food, and no idea what is going on with the delivery system, or why it is offered if this is the outcome. My order is never going to be picked up because it says it has been delivered, and nobody was willing to help with with the issue and kept trying to push me off onto corporate. It was supposed to be a special treat, and instead nobody was willing to actually offer any help other than suggesting I ask for a refund. Which I will be. As a note, the first woman who I spoke to on the phone was great, very helpful in grabbing the manager, the manager herself however kept making me feel as though the problems with the app and my food being delivered were somehow my fault for ordering in the first place.
My friend was treating me to lunch since it's my birthday and ordered our food to be delivered. We never received our order. She was given conflicting information numerous times. The manger did not sound professional or even like she wanted tp help. No real solutions were provided, which is very disappointing as I work with the public and I would never treat someone like the manager treated my friend. I love the food here, but I can no longer support this location after how this situation was handled.
I had The chicken noodle soup which was very delicious I enjoyed it. The potstickers could have been cooked a little longer. I do recommend both of these dishes. I would order them again. The service was normal. Hi what can I get for you?
