Bidrage med feedbackOutstanding local gem !! I would have gladly given this restaurant a 5 star review .. everything exceeded my expectations except that it was really hot inside .. waitresses were very polite and helpful and again I must reiterate the food was exceptional!
We were in search of a reasonably priced bistro meal in the 10th arrondissement yesterday evening and stumbled upon Hôtel du Nord. Based on reviews, its outward appearance, and the menu, we thought we’d found the perfect spot. Unfortunately our orders were bungled right off...the bat. We’d ordered the lam and received fish, and when presented with this error our waiter (who was admittedly friendly) tried to tell us that the fish would be better for our ‘beach bodies’. The accompanying plated vegetables were lukewarm to cold, and ranged from undercooked to raw. We ultimately sent these back, and they were replaced with a similarly inedible attempt at steamed carrots. Having purchased a bottle of wine with our meal, we were very disappointed with the price to quality ratio we experienced. Would not recommend.
We visited this restaurant several times during stopovers. Tonight was one of those occasions. the quality of the food was excellent, as always, as was service. we always have the fixed menu that is very traditional and all dishes were delicious. They do so well the classics here, my husband had meurette eggs to start who were wonderful. I had wine **** and my husband had burgundy beef as the main dish. both are served at the table and were simply delicious. the cheese tray is also exceptional. the restaurant itself is impeccablely clean, airy and comfortable with a charming atmosphere. highly recommended.
We had taken the menu of the terroir, which was just a delight. Persian ham and burgundy beef without talking about cheese
Gastronomic restaurant level. highly qualified, professional but at the same time friendly. all excellent from the first to the last course. If you want to enjoy yourself and like the "started" kitchen, it's the right address.
