Look no further when you want to have a lovely lunch in the heart of Arles. This establishment on a cosy square close to the hospital where Vincent van Gogh was admitted after cutting off a part of his ear offers an affordable two course lunch, which definitely combines the best of Italian and French cooking. Add a bottle of local rosé and just enjoy the afternoon; the friendly and attentive staff will do the rest. (We recommend the duck and pasta, lemon meringue cake and crême brulée.
17 euro Plat de jour. For the price and location an exceptiionally good lunch. Duck and apple, pork and champagne sauce. Desserts also good. Friendly staff. A good find amongst many competitors for the tourist euro.
Service is efficient and with a smile. The dishes are good. There's a little shortage of pots. I took a papillote with white salmon with wine sauce, but there was no trace of white wine in the sauce! I recommend this restaurant
