Bidrage med feedbackService got off to a bad start due to some of our group being rude to the server. They were offended he didn't speak good English. It got better as the meal went on. We ordered pizzas (VERY good) and I had a beef dish that was very good as well, served with a basket of French fries.. Beef with caramelized onions in a wine sauce. Prices were very reasonable. 82 euros for 6 adults. Short walk to the Hotel Mercure Clemenceau
We are more used to seeing cafe after cafe on the sidewalks in France, but this particular area of Dijon was different. We were staying at the Hotel Mercure Clemenceau, and it was not that late. We wanted somewhere close, and we had eaten in the hotel restaurant the night before. It’s a crapshoot whether my husband can find something he likes in France if they don’t have Sole a la Meunniere, but he looked at the menu for this place and thought he could find something. Don’t remember what he had, but it was just ok. My duck on the other hand was excellent, and the portion was enough for two people. Good wines and good service. Outdoor seating available.
Conveniently located not far from the Dijon Auditorium, it has the advantage that you can have dinner and be in time for the Auditorium. Service is correct, food is correct, nothing particular to report. Prices are reasonable.
A visit here was a bit disappointingWe did purchase 2 lbs of farm raised shrimps and 1 lbs of Cod and both were fresh.
