Thaïzone - Dieppe

Door was hard to open, use your full energy. Food was nice and it was a clean place.

My usual place was closed so I decided to give Thaïzone a try. Counter service was quick and polite however the Pad Thai was the worst I’ve ever had. One order with and one without tofu. The tofu was burnt and completely ruined one order, it was black and should never have been boxed. The cook made a conscious decision to add obviously burnt ingredients. My girlfriend disliked her order and while better than the burnt order still wasn’t good. The Pad Thai was heavy, and full of liquid and seemed to include ingredients not on the menu. More like a noodle casserole than the recipe pictured on the menu.

I called at 8:30pm on sunday night , multiple phone calls later someone answered finally at 8:45 and said that they're not taking new orders since they were very busy all day ... but yet they weren't closed yet!! I proceed to say they should not be cleaning yes as they are not closed and should still take orders and the employee hung up on me .... very rude customer service !!

We got there right before close, and the service was great, and the food was hot and fresh!

I ordered the Orange Beef and doubled the meat, I was disappointed when I arrived home and tried it to discover I was given chicken instead of beef.
