Nice to get a little treat while grocery shopping. Staff is always friendly

This is located inside of Cash Wise. There is a wait sometimes but that is understandable with staff shortages. Friendly staff and delicious beverages.

The person working acted like it was an inconvenience to serve us, quite rude.

Hours say they are open and when I arrived they were closed. Their listed hours on the counter said they should be open, but no one was there. Not impressed.

I went in last week to purchase an iced coffee. The girl behind the counter was rushing through the whole transaction (they weren't busy), and didn't ask me for my phone number for the rewards. So, she goes to swipe my card as I'm requesting that she put in my number so I get my points, and had the audacity to tell me that next time I need to say something before they swipe my card. Seriously? It's HER job to ask me about my rewards, not the other way around, but I get we're all human here and sometimes they forget to ask. What I don't get, is that she couldn't be bothered to take another 30 seconds of her time to work it out so I could get my points. Such lackluster competency.
