Marmara Beach House - Dharmadam

This will be a nice resort in kannur . Resort is faced in payyambalam beach. Sea view of this resort is feeling increasing the happiness of eyes. But air conditioning of the room is not amazing . But not bad to. I rated its good

Only the location is good because it's next to the beach otherwise the staff is quite rude, no service and rooms are pathetic after switching on the AC for one hour still no cooling. No TV nothing. In fact the cupboard when we tried to open it was almost about to fall on my head was broken. For basic facilities they charge 3k. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Nice beach side property for friends and family gettogether with a party hall attached..especially for engagement,mehandi function etc..

We booked through goibibo for their delux room. Which had no balcony and the window they had we were not able to open. The linen was torn and dirty, there was hair on the floor, no tv or mini fridge as shown in the goibibo page. We had to cancel the booking. This is not a well maintained place as shown in the photos

It's a nice hotel with the good view of beach, the glorious sunset makes it more beautiful... cannot miss out on mentioning about Mr. Aravind.. a very welcoming and helpful person. Felt very safe in the vicinity of the hotel even though we were 2 women travellers..
