Double Decker - Dhaka

Now known as Munchery. I love their decor, their food was okay. They could keep saly and pepper shakers at each table, as i felt their white sauce pasta was a bit bland. Their panna cota tasted normal, and drizzled with Rooh Afza. I like their message of not wasting food, and they should have that on every table.

The place looks really cozy and the staff there were really nice. we ordered the meat ball pizza but they misunderstood it for the offer pizza.(chicken supreme maybe) We were wondering why doesn't the pizza have any meatballs and why is it so small (we ordered the 9 inch one) and it didnt taste good at all. when we had the final peice left the manager/owner came to us and said sorry for the mishap and told us he would give us the pizza that we ordered and we wouldn't have to pay for the offer pizza we got. However, after eating such a bland pizza we didnt want to try anything more. in the end we paid 300 for the offer. keep in mind this place isnt really cheap.

The decoration of this place is beautiful. there were great props of double decker bus to justify the names of this restaurant. the seats and the tables are beautifully decorated. I ordered a seat menu for 2 people who were more than enough and the foods are delicious. we also ordered a pasta. It was okay. the behavior of the waiter was friendly. I would like to visit this place again.

Average quality in food. according to the quality and quantity of food, the price is higher. recently this restaurant starts a new offer : 900tk= unlimited pizza for per person, which really disappoints me because pizza quality is not good enough.

Small place, but ambiente is very good, different type of sitting, a small smoker housing. the food flavor is acceptable, but not desired. prices are reasonable compared with other dhanmondi restaurants. the personal is decent, the service is good and courteous. overall it was a good experience during our family dinner.
