Phalika's Thai Food - Devon

I used to come here all the time when I worked in Devon, but now I only visit occasionally just to eat at this restaurant. The owner is the kindest and sweetest lady; she always remembers me, even though I don’t come as often anymore. The food is fantastic and definitely worth the drive.

It was quite disappointing when the restaurant finally opened an hour and 15 minutes later than their advertised hours. When I asked the young man who took my order what time they were supposed to open, he replied, "11." I mentioned that I had been sitting in my car for over an hour, and he simply shrugged it off, saying, "Yeah, we opened late today." His tone suggested he wasn’t particularly concerned, and that was frustrating. While the food is always good, that dismissive attitude left me feeling quite irritated.

Fantastic food—better than many Thai restaurants in Edmonton, in our opinion! The prices are reasonable, and they even offer ice cream!

Stopped for ice cream after our bike ride by the river, service was great, prices were very reasonable and servings portions were perfect!
