Bidrage med feedbackJapanese / Chinese large room with a boat in the middle as a buffet presenter. foods, sushi, maki and sashimi are placed in plates on the ice looted, but it is at room temperature seen the heat in the restaurant so no fresh . prepared dishes are presented in barely warm containers , thanks the microwave oven to warm dishes . the brochettes are laid without dishes of the buffet so you are watched their arrival to eat hot cakes
Everything is frozen, cold skewers, too vinegared makis and cherry on the cake: edges in the salmon!! short a restaurant with a truly doubtful will among so many others.
The food is good. the staff is pleasant but has recently adopted a discriminating behavior vis-à-vis a part of the clientele: if you are black from now on you will have to pay before consuming (as mentioned on the posters for a year) - otherwise you can install directly at the table. The manager explains it as she can... except that, very good restaurant
So, as I go there regularly, I know his cuisine.Why do I say "it's a restaurant"?For me it's always the same (the proposed dishes have been the same for almost 2 years).Why do the boss not change his industrial dishes (brothers tang metro) and make dishes on site? It's only frozen (salmon saut) and I have a doubt.In a previous critic, I already gave my opinion and spoke to the boss. By contrast, a wok would be welcome...?The positive points:Boeuf thai excellent, grand salle, calm,patron very nice. Negative points: routine of dishes, lack of cooked fish, enhancements of ice (very dirty freezer)....Trop of shushis/surimi.......by port to other proposed entries. Away from home but the trip is worth the detour..!Good atmosphere, calm, clean and good food.!My next exit at the restaurant surely!.
