The previous reviews overhyped the food. To give them the benefit of the doubt, it was a busy shift, so perhaps the food was rushed. Regardless, the eggs were bland, the tortilla in the huevero ranchero was too crispy to enjoy, the potatoes looked and tasted like yesterday's leftover reheated. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly.

This is a nice trendy place downtown, I came here with my parents. It kept popping up searching for breakfast places. I decided to try it. We all enjoyed our meals. Detroit has definitely come a long way

Yum yum yum. Order the ****** mary with all the accessories, the eggs Benedict, and the French toast. Not sickening sweet like some breakfast places I know that have the word hop in them. Highly recommend a reservation for the weekend. It saved us from at least a 45 min wait time.

Went to breakfast here on vacation and the food was great. They give you very large portions. I had grits , eggs , bacon and the food was delicious.
