Went early due to lunch break. Ordered pick-up via doordash. Brisket was dry and tough. Also, attempted to purchase a gift card but was advised, I don 't have time to.do.that and I don 't know how by the bartender. Please train your staff to provide gift cards as advertised.

I'm giving the food a 2 because the Cole Slaw was edible. I've been there on three different occasions. The first time was so so but I decided to give it another chance. The second time was a little better. The last time March 28th was the final straw. I inquired about the Ribs being freshly cooked and was told they cook for 15 hours. I ordered two slabs. When I got home the meat was dry and burned. It was late and my family was hungry so I salvaged what I could after steaming it. I took 2 bones back to the restaurant and the person behind the counter acted like my comments about the dryness and burnt meat was bothering her. I wasn't looking for a refund or replacement order, I was just giving my honest feed back. Had I not been treated so rudely, I wouldn't have published this bad review. I will not be spending another $75.00 on food that is less than desirable. We waited 25 minutes before being waited on while the waitresses were in the back ignoring us.
