Michigan Trumbull - Detroit

The legendary Michigan Trumbull Detroit Style Pizza is a must have! The Margherita pie was heaven for my taste buds! It is a local favorite that outshines all other Detroit Style Pizza chains. It was right around the corner from my hotel and I?m so glad I stopped by! Definitely visit and enjoy!

First time trying out deep-dish pizza. Was flavourful and much better than regular pizza. Portions were decent, price was okay. Service was friendly as well. Something to try out if you've never had this type of pizza before.

I had a pepperoni pizza and the pierogi pizza and they were both fantastic. Cooked perfectly with a crispy outside crust and great sauce. I can?t compare it to other pizza in Detroit as this is the only one I?ve had but it was an excellent couple of pizzas and I?d recommend it to anyone.

Came here on Friday night at 730 and they weren't taking any more names for the list. Never heard of a place turning people away so early (they close at 9pm) but seems to be a Detroit thing as it happened somewhere else too. Our party of 4 came back the next day when they opened and got in no problem. We had the roasted carrots for an appetizer and shared some pizzas. Red sauce was our favorite over the white. Great crunch on the crust, good amount of cheese and sauce.

Ridiculously good pizza. There is limited seating so go early. The roasted carrots are very tasty, with hot honey, slivered almonds and goat cheese. Drink prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly.
