Burger King - Detroit

If I could give a personal rating to the lady at the window who took my order and ensured I had everything in my bag, I would give her five stars. However, since this review is about the restaurant as a whole, I will rate them four stars. Unfortunately, the service speed is quite slow, and I understand that this can only improve with the hiring of more competent employees. Aside from that, I enjoyed every bite, and so did my companions who ordered food with me.

This place has potential, but my experience with the manager, a larger woman, was disappointing. Her attitude was quite negative. On the other hand, the morning staff member, a smaller woman, is fantastic—always smiles and ensures the food is served hot. She's truly wonderful! If it weren't for my encounter with the first manager, I might have hesitated to return. She was unprofessional, unfriendly, and seemed disinterested. When I inquired about an item, she curtly pointed it out in the menu, but it wasn't there. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed to be one, yet she didn’t even know the prices. Her demeanor was off-putting, and she rolled her eyes while I was trying to place my order. Thankfully, I always have a great breakfast experience with the lovely, older lady who works mornings—she is simply delightful!
