Bangkok 96 Street Food - Detroit

First I am a big fan of her spicy thai nudel dish suppe. I am also a great fan of her fantastic hospitality. when I placed my order for my favorite noodle dishes (by telling them how much I loved it and longed, although it wasn't on the menu on that day that showed up from the back of the kitchen and told me that she would see what she can do best for me. a few minutes later she came back to me with my beloved nudel dish! she met the question of the stranger in less than 10 minutes generous! she even said no to my payment (no care, she got a generous amount of drinking money from me as my sign of appreciation). I am as grateful for the way she loves her customers. thanks bangkok 96. you are my restaurant in detroit.

I recently visited Detroit Shipping Company and saw a delicious looking chicken dish that a friend had ordered. I decided to try the pork steak with sticky rice instead, but ended up liking it so much that I plan on returning to try the chicken dish. I ordered it with a hot spice level which was just right - it was delicious although almost too spicy. The meat was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I also tried the pad thai roll, which was a unique twist on the classic dish and was beautifully presented. I have no regrets and will definitely be visiting again, even though it will make it difficult to try out all the other menu items available.

My boyfriend and I were in the area looking for somewhere different to eat before the Red Wings game 1/26/22 and first off, the building is beautiful. I do not think I have ever been to a place that has different places to eat in one building. Its super diverse, which I love and the music was great as well. The hostess was very sweet and informed us on how to order. We ordered from Bangkok 96 and let me tell you.... The food was incredible. Probably the best chicken I've ever had. My boyfriend got the coconut chicken curry and he was so happy. This place has been on our minds ever since. We will be coming back soon to try out more food!

The food at this restaurant is excellent and definitely worth trying. If you need parking, there is a paid parking lot right next to the restaurant. Keep in mind that this is more of a food court type of setting rather than a standalone restaurant. Despite that, the food and ambiance are fantastic and it is definitely worth a visit.

Bangkok 96 is Chef Genevieve Vang's latest and greatest offering. Their creative interpretations of classic Thai dishes are delicious, diverse, and satisfying. The pad thai roll, chicken dumplings, and candied pork are all uniquely delightful. In addition to the amazing food, Chef Genevieve herself is incredibly generous, friendly, and thoughtful - she is truly one of the best chefs and business owners Detroit has to offer. I highly recommend this restaurant at DSC for an authentic Thai dining experience!
