Domino's Pizza - Detroit Lakes

We placed our order around 11:15. By 11:19, the tracker indicated that our order was being prepared, with an estimated completion time of 11:47. When we arrived at 11:50, we were informed that our order was just being placed in the oven and would take another 15-20 minutes. Had we been aware of this, we would have canceled our order. The customer service and communication were terrible. Additionally, we realized that our order was missing the stuffed cheesy bread.

The operating hours are misleading. We called at 9:00 PM on a Saturday night, but no one answered. The website stated that online ordering was unavailable and instructed us to call. When we tried calling again later, we still received no response. They consistently close early every night. They shouldn’t advertise being "Open until 1 a.m." unless they truly keep those hours. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. The pizza is often overcooked and burnt, resembling cardboard. I recommend going to Casey’s instead; their pizza always tastes fresh.

The staff is incredibly friendly and puts in a lot of effort, which is why I’m giving them three stars. However, I’m not a fan of Domino's Pizza at all. That said, if you enjoy it, Domino's is likely the most affordable option and they offer late-night delivery.

This location's hours need to be updated online. I placed an online order 2 hours before reported closing hours. The store accepted my purchase, billed my card, and then 1 hour later said the order was delivered. No pizza. When I called to ask whatwas going on, they said they were closed and weren't sure where my order was. Not unusual for this location. Would notrecommend.

Our delivery driver messed up our order. We ended up with a drunken munchies order instead of our meadium pizza and 16 bread bites. She has not returned yet. 10/10 would not reccomend..
