Verve Kaffee - Detmold

I am customer since 8 years there. I got a vegan Bagel and found cheese under it because they toasted it with cheese. I gave it back explaining them why and they did not even bother to say at least sorry, bring me a new one or give me my money back. I had to wait 20 more minutes in the queue to reclaim my money. Very unprofessional and superficial.

Environment is very cozy. Liked the decor. Service was fast as well. They have vegan options too. They have few flavor for chai tea latte which was new for me. I tried the vanilla one, its pretty good.

Cozy seating, traditional building (Fachwerk) and interior, yet modern (hip) ambient. Friendly staff, snacks, cookies, cakes, cold drinks, no alcohol, single unisex toilet inside. Super creamy coffee other warm drinks, smoothies, shakes. Lovely lively place!

Nice Coffee, very full and cramped on a Saturday. Was out of big cups but you could have 2 small ones for the same price, really nice service.
